Fantastic! Open hearth grill that smells great while waiting for your food to be prepared. Enjoy a mimosa or if you prefer a non alcoholic beverage order a Promontory Palmer, it boasts with flavors of passion fruit, lemonade, and iced tea topped with mint leaves and a lemon for the perfect punch. Food was very tasty. Everything was fresh and made well. The setup inside is wonderful, the scenery is very homey. My company and I sat where we were directly in front of the head chef and the open fire stove. The staff was very pleasant and contributed to my enjoyment. Although she was extremely busy Imani had no problem addressing our questions and needs. Being that we were sitting so close to the counter it appeared that “The Point Breakfast,” “Egg Sardou,” and “Slagel Farms Double Beef Burger” with a side of fries were very popular choices. I urge you to order their Beignets. Oh my goooooodness! They are topped with crushed cashews and pineapple marmalade. Those Beignets are served warm and they melt in your mouth with every bite.
My overall experience was 4.5 out of 5. Visit @promontorychicago online where you can view their menu options for breakfast brunch and dinner, as well as their bar menu. See their social media and website for upcoming events and live music. I am personally excited to visit the @promontorychicago this summer so that I can enjoy their beautiful outdoor and rooftop seating.
